From Molly herself: “Hey my name is Molly, I am a qualified personal trainer and I specialise in fat loss, strength training and realistic lifestyle changes that fits around your schedule.
Alongside my work as a PT, I work full time with the ambulance service as an ECA. Working in a high-pressure, demanding environment has shaped not only who I am as a person, but also how I coach. I understand first-hand what it’s like to juggle long hours, shift work, physical fatigue and mental stress, while still wanting to feel strong, confident and in control of your health.
My love for the gym started around 5 years ago, practically the moment i was old enough to sign up! i fell in love with the buzz of reaching my goals, the routine and the confidence it’s given me. Training quickly became more than just exercise for me, it became my way of building discipline and peace of mind. My style of training focuses on strength training and muscle gain while sprinkling some Hyrox in there, my most recent Hyrox being in December.
I love all sides to the gym and I am especially knowledgeable on building a body that makes you feel the most confident within.
Whether your training is focused on performance, physique or simply protecting your mental wellbeing, I am here to put you on that pathway to success.
One thing I am particularly passionate about is supporting people who are new to the gym, and especially those who don’t fit the typical “9–5” lifestyle. Shift workers face a completely different set of challenges such as: disrupted routines, limited recovery, unpredictable schedules and high stress levels. I want to be the coach who truly understands that.
I know how difficult it can be to prioritise health and fitness when your schedule is constantly working against you. That’s why my coaching focuses on realistic sustainable programming that fit into the reality of working life, rather than forcing unrealistic expectations. My goal is to help you build consistency without burnout, and confidence without guilt. You are never “behind”, and you don’t need a perfect routine to make progress; you just need the right support.” ✨🩷
