Graduating from the University of Salford in summer 2025 & over 800 hours of experience dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, Lewis has worked in a vast environment. Ranging from injury clinics with general population to travelling over to America and working with the Detroit Tigers in Major League Baseball for 6 weeks. On top of this Lewis is also a qualified Personal Trainer & also over 8 years of his own physical training & athletic development.

Although only graduating this summer, Lewis has already seen a vast range of injuries in different populations including general population with lower back pain, runner’s Achilles tendinopathy & shin splints to rugby players & football players with ACL reconstruction. Lewis looks to not only get you back to what you love doing but also explores the reasons as to why this may have occurred & look to address preventative measures!

Lewis also works with a Triple Jumper as an online Strength & Conditioning Coach and has been for over a year. The athlete originally came to Lewis with crippling lower back pain that was shooting down her leg with normal daily activity. Not only did Lewis help the athlete to overcome this & experience a pain-free lifestyle, he managed to help them get back to triple jumping where the demands require the athletes to handle anywhere between 18-22 x bodyweight!

Lewis’s background in injuries stem from having his own experiences as a young athlete in Track & Field where he tore his ACL & cartilage in his knee! Having undergone ACL reconstruction & cartilage removal; Lewis understands the road of rehabilitation but he is always aiming to get you back to where you want to be & to push you on further!

In his own training background, Lewis has competed in a variety of sports including football, rugby, athletics & powerlifting but also looking to spread further into long distance running & Olympic weightlifting.
